In October 2024, Dongying Fuhai Hualian Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and Rui Tongda Trading (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (Rui Tongda) renewed their contract for the supply of gasoline and diesel hydrogenation catalysts, continuing their good cooperation and deepening collaboration in the energy and chemical industry.
As a core subsidiary of Fuhai Group, Dongying Fuhai Hualian has grown into a leading enterprise in the domestic petroleum refining industry since its establishment in 1996. With two factory areas covering over 2,000 mu and more than 1,500 employees, it has a primary processing capacity of 5.7 million tons and is equipped with over 20 advanced units, enabling it to produce a variety of products like vehicle gasoline (VI), diesel (VI), and petroleum coke, which are well-received across the country. It has won numerous honors, such as being ranked among China's top 500 private enterprises and Shandong's top 100 private enterprises, demonstrating its strong strength.
Rui Tongda Trading (Beijing) Co., Ltd., established in 2012, focuses on serving domestic petrochemical enterprises. It has cooperated with renowned international companies like IFP AXENS of France, introducing top-notch refining technologies and products. It has maintained long-term cooperation with large enterprises like PetroChina and Sinopec as well as domestic local refinery, won a good reputation.
As early as June 2021, the two parties signed a supply contract for gasoline unit catalysts. In previous cooperation, Rui Tongda's high-quality products and services ensured the efficient operation of Fuhai Hualian's units, enhancing production efficiency and laying a solid foundation of mutual trust. This new contract will strengthen their cooperation in core petroleum refining business, helping Fuhai Hualian optimize processes and improve competitiveness, while also providing Rui Tongda with an opportunity to expand in the Shandong market.
Looking ahead, the two parties will take this contract signing as an opportunity to deepen exchanges, explore innovative cooperation models, and jointly promote the technological progress and industrial upgrading of China's petroleum refining industry.
